oṃ yakṣāya kuberāya vaiśravaṇāyadhanadhānyādhipatayedhanadhānyasamṛddhiṃ me dehi dāpaya svāhā ||

Oṃ, to Kubera, lord of the yakṣas, son of Viśravas, master of wealth and grain: grant me abundance of wealth and grain; svāhā.
